How to cook stewed rice
1. Put the rice in a saucepan, add water in a ratio of 1: 2 and put the pan on the fire, covering it with a lid.
2. Put curry in a saucepan, cook rice for 15-20 minutes.
3. After cooking, put the rice in a colander, rinse if necessary.
4. Peel the onions and chop finely.
5. Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
6. Open a can of stewed meat, measure out 200 grams.
7. Preheat a frying pan, pour 1 tablespoon of oil on it.
8. Put the carrots and onions, fry for 5 minutes.
9. Put the stew (together with the liquid) on a skillet, simmer for 5 minutes.
10. Put the cooked rice in a skillet and stir, sprinkle with saffron, simmer for 3 minutes and serve.
