A kilogram of washed apricots;
300 grams of sugar;

The recipe is simple enough
The fruits must be washed thoroughly, divided into two parts and freed from the pits, the slices must be fresh and firm;
Banks must be prepared - also wash them thoroughly, preferably with soda, and sterilize with boiling water or steam; It is necessary to fill the jars as tightly as possible - the fruits cannot be squeezed, but they must fill a larger space; Bring 300 ml of water to a boil, pour it into a jar, wait 15 minutes and pour it back;
Bring the water to a boil again, add sugar, and be sure to taste the syrup - if it is not sweet enough, you can add sugar;
Pour more hot syrup into jars, roll them up with pre-prepared lids and wrap them in blankets - and then store at room temperature.
Cooked apricots can be simply eaten, or added to baked goods and garnished with desserts.
Important! To keep the apricots juicy and sugared, wait at least a week before opening the jar.
