What to do to make the rice stick together?

For sushi and rolls, take special rice, which has the property of sticking together. But what if you bought the wrong rice, overexposed the rice in a saucepan, or didn't soak it before cooking? - In this case, the rice may turn out to be crumbly, but you can still save the situation. So, a list of ways "incrementally". If the first method doesn't help, try the next one.

1. Add rice vinegar - rice, absorbing it, slightly swells and becomes sticky.
2. Add sweetened boiling water to hot rice, stir and leave to swell for 20 minutes.
3. Cook rice for sushi again: buy exactly round glutinous rice for sushi or rolls, without rinsing, soak in water for half an hour, boil in a ratio of 1 part of rice: 1.5 parts of water over low heat and after boiling, be sure to insist for 10 minutes and hot use rice for modeling (cold is worse).
