How are vegetables cut into an Olivier salad?

When the vegetables have cooled to room temperature, start cutting. The most common type of cutting is 7 x 7 mm cubes. You just need to cut the vegetable into 0.7 centimeter circles. Cut the circles into medium-sized straws, and chop the straw itself also in 7 millimeters. You don't need mathematical precision, but make sure the pieces are similar in size. This can be done by hand when making small quantities of salad.
