Any housewife can have such an incident: an incomprehensible clouding of cucumbers after salting. It means that the can was not closed tightly, air got in and unfavorable processes began. Is there a way to "rehabilitate" them? If no more than three days have passed after curling the cucumbers into jars, then you can fix this:

1. Open each jar with turbidity and pour out the brine;
2. Rinse the cucumbers with warm boiled water directly in the jar, for which water is poured directly into the jar, closed with a lid and shaken for a couple of minutes;
3. Drain and place the lids to sterilize;
4. Put new water to boil, in the meantime adding garlic, bay leaf and other spices to the cucumbers;
5. Pour boiling water over the cucumbers and leave for 5 minutes;
6. Drain the water again;
7. Prepare the recipe for the brine that was used for the initial curl and bring it to a boil;
8. Pour fresh brine over the vegetables and tighten with sterilized lids, it is very important to tighten as tightly as possible.
9. The density of the twist is strictly necessary for the salting technology: this is the only way the brine will remain clean and transparent.
