To further make sure that there are no false ones among the mushrooms you have collected, add peeled white onions or a silver thing during cooking. Boil honey mushrooms together with vegetables for a while and observe how the onions and garlic behave. If they suddenly change color, there is a possibility that among the good mushrooms, poisonous ones were caught, to which false mushrooms belong.

Of course, this method is not the most reliable, since vegetables can darken even with normal mushrooms, depending on the place of picking the mushrooms. It is best to recognize the spies before cooking, so that later because of them, they do not throw out the entire crop.
