Juicy, aromatic tomatoes can be quickly pickled and tasted very soon! Such a quick recipe for lightly salted tomatoes cannot be lost!

Required
1.5 kg. tomatoes;
3 tablespoons of salt;
5 tablespoons of sugar;
50 gr. vegetable oil;
50 gr. 9% vinegar;
a teaspoon of mustard;
a head of fresh garlic;
a bunch of dill (green).

The simplest recipe
It is better to use approximately equal fruits so that they are salted. Cut each tomato in half. Place the tomato slices in a saucepan.
Chop the dill with a sharp knife. Place in a deep bowl.
Grate the garlic cloves.
Put the garlic gruel into a cup.
Transfer the entire resulting mass to a saucepan with tomatoes.
Cover the top with a lid. Press lightly on the top with your hands and shake several times. So that the tomatoes are better saturated with the filling.
Remove the pan in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
After that, lightly salted tomatoes can be eaten!

The infusion time is 3 hours.

Servings amount - 5 - 6.
