In what saucepan can compote be cooked?

Reading time - 5 minutes.
pans
Currently, the housewives have metal steel pots in stock - aluminum and enameled ones are slowly going out of circulation. And from steel - any pan in which the right amount of compote will fit will do. As a rule, one third of the volume of the saucepan will be occupied by fruits and berries, and 2/3 - syrup. Aluminum and cast iron pots are less suitable - it is not recommended to store compotes in them due to possible oxidation. It is not comfortable. Enamel pots were used by our grandmothers for cooking compote, and some of the samples have survived to this day. But these are fragile pots that are more difficult to clean and, moreover, they can be slightly stained from the compote. Therefore, in general, give preference to stainless steel pots.
