Veal heart - 1 pc. (about half a kilo)
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 1 piece
Carrots to taste
Celery to taste
Sour cream - 3 tablespoons
Stewed veal heart recipe
Wash the heart, put in a saucepan with salted boiled water, cook for an hour, drain the water, cut into strips and return to the saucepan. Peel and finely chop celery, onions and carrots.
Fry vegetables, add to the heart, season with salt and pepper, add sour cream. Simmer all together in a saucepan for 15 minutes. Serve with appetizers: pickled cucumber, boiled eggs, pickled mushrooms.

Lemon - 1/3 lemon

How to make a veal heart salad
Cut the boiled veal heart into strips, red onion - half rings, tomato - medium-sized. Chop the celery finely. Put the ingredients in a bowl. Season with oil, squeeze out the lemon juice, add salt and seasoning and stir. Serve the salad with garnished herbs.
