Ground pear (Jerusalem artichoke) - 3 medium root vegetables
Carrots - 1 piece
Butter - 20 grams
Meat broth or chicken - 2 glasses
Onions - half a small head

How to cook Jerusalem artichoke soup
Put the broth to boil. Wash Jerusalem artichoke, onion and carrots, peel and chop finely. Fry carrots and onions in butter for 10 minutes, add Jerusalem artichoke and fry for another 10 minutes. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Before serving, grind the puree soup with a blender and garnish with herbs.
